Contact usIs this a subscription?
No. Every payment covers one billing period, one month or three, paid up front. Nothing is charged automatically and no card is stored. Before a period ends we remind you by email, and you renew from your customer area or straight from the link in the email if you want to keep the service. If you don't, it simply ends; there is nothing to cancel.
How quickly will my service be ready?
Our team sets it up by hand and it is ready within 24 hours of payment. We email you as soon as it is; the access details are in your customer area. The paid period starts on the day the service is ready, not on the day you pay.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Your card details are encrypted in your browser before they leave it, and your bank confirms every payment with 3-D Secure. We never see or store your full card number.
Are prices shown with VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site is the final price, VAT included. For customers in the EU, your receipt shows the VAT contained in the price for your country.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Your account is created with your first paid order. The confirmation email contains a link to choose a password; after that you sign in to see your services, access details, renewals and receipts.
What happens if I forget to renew?
When the paid period ends, the service is kept for another 3 days, and you can still renew during that time. After that it is switched off and its data deleted. We email you before and when the period ends.
Is DDoS protection included?
Yes, on every server, VPS and IP address, at no extra cost. Our filter uses machine learning to recognise attack patterns and improves with every attack it sees. Malicious traffic is diverted to a separate network before it reaches your server.
Are prices shown in EUR or USD?
You can switch at the top of every page. The amount is the same in both currencies, and you pay in the currency shown at checkout.
Do you offer custom solutions?
Yes. We put together packages with more memory, other disks or several machines in one rack. Contact our sales team with what you need.
What is the difference between dedicated and game servers?
Game servers use desktop-class CPUs with very high clock speeds, which suits the single-threaded main loop of most game servers, and their DDoS filtering is tuned for the UDP floods that typically target games. Dedicated servers favour memory and core count for general workloads. For a smaller world, a Game VPS is the economical choice.
Where are your servers located?
We operate in Germany, United Kingdom and United States. Additional IPv4 addresses and proxies are available from each of these regions.
What may I use proxies and IP addresses for?
Lawful uses such as price monitoring, SEO tools, market research and separate services on your server. Spam, attacks, credential stuffing, bulk account creation and open proxies are not allowed; the acceptable use policy has the details.
Do you refund payments?
If we cannot deliver what you ordered, you receive a full refund. EU consumers also have a statutory right of withdrawal, described in our terms. Please contact our billing team; we handle refunds ourselves.
How many additional IP addresses can I add to a server?
Up to 512 additional IPv4 addresses per dedicated server, for example to give each virtual machine its own address.
