Which RAID level should I use?
Tell us in the order notes what you plan, for example RAID 1 or 10 for speed and safety, RAID 5 or 6 for the most usable space. We take it into account during installation.
How quickly is it ready?
Storage servers are installed and handed over within 24 hours of payment. We email you as soon as it is ready, and the access details are in your customer area.
Which payment methods do you accept?
By card (Visa and Mastercard), paid on the checkout page and confirmed by your bank with 3-D Secure. Each payment covers one month or three. There is no subscription: nothing is charged again until you renew yourself.
